|Digital/electronic product delivery (eBooks, exam vouchers, etc.):
After completing your purchase for a digital/electronic product, you will receive 2 separate emails:
|An item is missing from my order.|
|If an item is missing from your order, login to "My Account" to track your order status. If your items each show a status of "shipped", please contact customer service for assistance.
